1.) Anastasia Sokolova (sobota, 22.11.2014)
Dynamic on Static pole – You will learn how to make crazy dynamic on the static pole. (90 min)

2.) Lolo Hilsum (sobota, 22.11.2014)
Split and Flex – Laurence will teach you exclusive exercises to improve your flexibility and catch new moves, and how to train to make progress every day. (90 min)

3.) Anastasia Sokolova (sobota, 22.11.2014)
Anastasia author’s spins and drops – How to do Anastasia author’s spining drops and unique combos on the pole and she will show all steps to do them. (90 min)

4.) Anastasia Sokolova (nedelja, 23.11.2014)
Trick combinations – You will learn Anastasia author’s difficult combinations with spinings, drops, tricks and flips on the pole. You will have explanation of all combinations step by step. (90 min)

5.) Lolo Hilsum (nedelja, 23.11.2014)
Pole & Dance – It’s mix of Jazz, Modern or contemporary dance and combinations, Laurence will come with a variety of new moves and transitions and all the tricks of the trade to get them accomplished. The last part of the workshop is a choreography with combos and dance in Lolo’s style. (90 min)

6.) Lolo Hilsum (nedelja, 23.11.2014)
Teacher Training – This is an intensive workshop, Lolo will specially train the teachers, to help with how to transmit their knowledge and of course learn new tricks! (90 min)
